According to the latest news and updates, the World View space experience is planned to be launched in 2017. Besides the crew, a luxury pressurized capsule could take up to 6 passengers and would be transported via high-altitude helium balloon.

The entire flight should last 5 to 6 hours in total, with the maximum speed of around 150 mph (241 km/h), depending on the high-altitude wind power. The return trip back to earth begins by venting helium from the balloon, from which point the parawing takes over the flight.

Assuming that you have already saved up some spare change in your piggy bank, would you dare to book your priority seat position in this space bar?

If the answer is yes, you can find more details about a voyager ticket package and ‘early bird’ pricing benefits here.

Have a safe flight and let me know how it went, once you are back home…
